ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Police ask drivers to avoid the area of 9th Street and Harrison Avenue due to a crash Tuesday morning.
In a post on X shortly before 11 a.m., Rockford police said traffic will be reduced to one lane and urged travelers to find an alternate route.
