‘Show you my toys’: Converse man accused of threatening city of San Antonio, library employees

A Converse man is accused of repeatedly threatening employees with the City of San Antonio and the San Antonio Public Library.

James Ferreira, 49, faces a charge of terroristic threat causing public fear or serious bodily injury, a third-degree felony, according to Bexar County court records.
