CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Thomas Rayner, a 62-year-old, is biking thousands of miles across the country on a 65-day journey that includes stops at Virginia free clinics to raise awareness for uninsured people.
He stopped at the Charlottesville Free Clinic as part of his Miles of Care tour. He is only a few days into the cross-country ride.
