The Merc, a walkable lifestyle district under construction on the fast-growing Northwest Side, is set to welcome its first restaurant and retail tenants early next year.
The first phase of retail construction on the 112-acre, mixed-use development near the University of Texas at San Antonio is expected to be complete in August and ready for the first move-ins in the first few months of 2027.
The first tenants include a new concept from the family behind Wild Goji Revolving Sushi & Bar.
