SALEM, Ore. (KPTV) – A recovery effort is underway in Marion County after a stolen car ended up in the Willamette River over the weekend. FOX 12 spoke to neighbors in the area who said they have many questions, but the biggest is how the car got there in the first place.
A stolen car was found driven into the Willamette River at Minto-Brown Island Park, a sight that shocked all who passed by.
