POLICE AUDIO CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THIS ARTICLE: Law enforcement received a call around 8:40am after reports of indecent exposure in front of Target on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Niagara Falls.
The 911 caller told police that there is a black female, about 30-years-old, with her skirt lifted urinating in the street as cars passed by. The caller further told police that everything was visible to the cars that drove by. In other words, they got a “full frontal.” The woman was spraying everywhere, according to one passerby.
Police responded to the scene. It is unknown if the woman was taken for mental health treatment or arrested. No further information is available at this time…
