Virginia styrofoam ban expanding to small businesses

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – Virginia’s styrofoam ban is expanding to small businesses starting July 1.

Last year, only chain restaurants with 20 or more locations had to comply with the ban. The General Assembly changed the rules in 2021.
