BARRINGTON, R.I. (WJAR) — NBC 10 has obtained the arrest affidavit of a former teacher in Barrington who was accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 14-year-old girl.
Sean Cassidy was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a child and providing a minor with alcohol.
