(KMAland) — Former St. Albert standout athlete Kiera Hochstein is set to continue with her softball career after spending two years with Ellsworth Community College.
Hochstein recently announced her decision to transfer to and play for William Penn University in Oskaloosa, Iowa.
“I kind of started (thinking about it) towards the end of my sophomore year,” Hochstein said. “I was just emailing coaches and talking to some coaches like (William Penn Head Coach Laura North). It just like seemed like the best fit. (Coach) is a very competitive coach. I just heard a bunch of great things about her, so I ended up going with William Penn.”…
