‘Preventable disaster’: Law firm vows accountability after 12 die in Butler skydiving plane crash

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A Kansas City aviation law firm has been hired to investigate last weekend’s deadly Butler skydiving plane crash and pursue legal action if necessary.

Robb & Robb LLC announced on Wednesday, June 17, that it has been retained by Katie Nash, wife of Nick Nash, and the family of Dane Cordes – both of whom were among the 12 people killed when a skydiving plane crashed near Butler on Sunday.
