Rogersville man faces 5 felony child neglect charges after home investigation

WEBSTER COUNTY, Mo. — A man from Rogersville is facing five felony counts of abuse or neglect of a child after a Webster County deputy said multiple children were found living in unsafe and unsanitary conditions.

Jason Acree, born in 1982, was charged in Webster County Circuit Court on Tuesday, June 16. According to the probable cause statement, a Webster County deputy was called on June 15 to assist a Children’s Division worker with a home investigation.
