BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBMA) — Birmingham police are investigating after a 13-year-old boy was shot early Thursday morning.
According to the Birmingham Police Department, East Precinct officers were dispatched shortly after 3 a.m. to the 1100 block of Carnation Drive on a report of a person shot.
