Man allegedly pulls gun on driver after getting stuck in interstate traffic in Middle Tennessee

DICKSON CO., Tenn. (WSMV) – A woman says that a man pulled a gun out and pointed it at her after he was upset he had become stuck behind her on interstate traffic on Monday evening.

The Dickson County Sheriff’s Office said the unidentified woman called 911 around 6:30 p.m. on Monday, saying “she had a gun pointed at her while driving west on I-40.” According to authorities, she said the vehicle driver “was upset because he was stuck behind her in traffic.”

The woman told authorities she changed lanes on the interstate when it was safe to do so, and that is when the man “pulled up beside her, pointed a gun at her and then drove off at a high rate of speed.”…
