COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — One person is dead after a crash involving a COTA bus on the east side of Columbus Wednesday night.
According to a Columbus police spokesman, the crash happened at approximately 7:18 p.m. near the intersection of Allegheny Avenue and James Road.
Police said the bus was stopped in the southbound lanes of James Road south of Allegheny Avenue. A Nissan pickup truck was driving south on James Road when it drove into the back of the bus, police said…
