CARMEL, Ind. — Keystone Group has acquired the Renaissance Indianapolis North Hotel in Carmel.
The property, which is located at 11925 N. Meridian St. is Hamilton County’s largest full-service hotel, according to a release. It’s also the only hotel in Indiana operating under Marriott International’s Renaissance Hotels lifestyle brand.
As part of its acquisition, Keystone Group plans to upgrade the property by renovating the hotel’s guest rooms and lobby. Keystone Group also aims to build six new suites into the hotel, upping the total number of rooms available from 266 to 272…
