COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL) — Happy Wednesday! Tropical Storm Arthur formed earlier today. While it is currently a tropical storm, Arthur is expected to be short-lived while it moves inland later tonight.
Weather Aware: While tropical storm warnings are in effect for Texas and Louisiana, Arthur will still have a big impact on our forecast tomorrow. What is left of the system will continue northeast on Thursday and will pose a severe weather threat for Alabama and Georgia. We will be WEATHER AWARE tomorrow.
