Prima Après brings pasta, pavlovas and gelato to Louisiana State University

The dining team at Louisiana State University (LSU) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana has found success through a partnership with local French and Italian restaurant Prima Après.

Prima Après was founded by husband-and-wife team James Vitrano and Abney Harper. Its menu centers around build-your-own pasta and pavlovas, a meringue-based dessert.
