PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — You’ve heard it time and time again: “Support local!” One local business owner is taking that message a step further by offering incentives for people who shop local in Portland.
In an Instagram post Tuesday, business owner and artist Mike Bennett encouraged residents to support local businesses as many owners face economic challenges.
