UNIONTOWN, Ohio – Akron personal trainer James Anderson is opening a new private strength coaching facility this month, with a mission to help people build strength, confidence, discipline and belief in themselves.
The facility, Anderson Ambition at 3755 Boettler Oaks Drive in Uniontown, looks like a typical gym on the surface, with workout machines and free weights. But the 2,750-square-foot gym is designed exclusively for private and semi-private (small group) training sessions with Anderson, a National Academy of Sports Medicine-certified personal trainer.
Anderson previously rented space in other gyms to train clients, but the opening of Anderson Ambition means he won’t have to compete for space and equipment with gymgoers and other trainers anymore, he said…
