EVSC looking to fill numerous full-time and part-time positions

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — The Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation (EVSC) is encouraging job seekers to explore a wide variety of employment opportunities as the district works to fill approximately 100 full-time and part-time positions before the start of the upcoming school year.

With nearly 22,000 students attending 40 schools throughout Evansville and Vanderburgh County, district officials say it takes a large team of employees to keep operations running smoothly both inside and outside the classroom.

“Being a part of EVSC, you know you are making a difference for our students and our families,” said Jason Woebkenberg, EVSC’s Chief Communication Officer. “With almost 22,000 students at our 40 schools, it takes a lot of people behind the scenes and a lot of people in front of the students as well.”…
