HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — The family of a tow truck driver killed during an attempted vehicle repossession in Huntsville has voluntarily dropped a civil lawsuit against the man convicted in the case.

Court records show that Jason Click’s family filed paperwork to drop the lawsuit against Warren Siao. No reason for dismissal was provided in the filing.
