NORTH SMITHFIELD, R.I. (WJAR) — Wrights Dairy Farm and Bakery is doing something different for the month of June to celebrate Dairy Month.
The 5th generation family farm, located at 200 Woonsocket Hill Road in North Smithfield, owns about 120 acres of land, while renting an additional 100 around the state of Rhode Island.
“We’ve been here, operating since 1914,” said Cate Kennedy, the food operations marketing manager and family member. “We have customers who come here, and they remember coming here with their grandparents and now they’re bringing their kids and grandkids.”…
