Sub-Zero Group is planning a $4 million showroom in South Tampa, marking its second showroom in Florida, following its Miami location.
Permit filings with the City of Tampa show the company intends to build out approximately 7,340 square feet on the fourth floor of Bayshore Gardens, at 2909 W. Bay to Bay Blvd.
The space would house Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove, the company’s refrigeration, cooking and dishwashing brands, and would join a national showroom network that includes locations in New York, San Francisco, Atlanta, Dallas and Seattle.
Customers do not purchase appliances at the showroom. Instead, the space is designed for homeowners, architects, interior designers and builders to compare products, attend demonstrations and work with consultants before completing purchases through authorized retailers…
