SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A Republic man has been charged after an incident at Springfield’s Cox North, where officials say a nurse was injured.
According to online court dockets filed on Wednesday, June 17, Tyler Frazee, born in 1996, has been charged with third-degree assault in Greene County Circuit Court.
