Second Chance: Furry Friends seek support to open cat medical facility

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – A cat rescue in Vancouver is in the final phase of opening a new medical center, and they need your help to cross the finish line.

The nonprofit Furry Friends rescues, fosters and hosts adoptions for stray, feral, senior cats and more.
