Traffic modifications, parking for AFRAM Festival to begin Friday

BALTIMORE (WBFF) — The Baltimore City Department of Transportation (DOT) is advising drivers of road closures and parking restrictions in effect for the 50th annual AFRAM Festival.

The festival will be held in Baltimore City’s Druid Hill Park on Friday, June 19 from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Grove Road between Red and Shop Roads will be closed from 8 a.m. on Wednesday, June 17 until 12 p.m. on Monday, June 22…
