KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) – The City of Knoxville will once again mark Juneteenth with a Martin Luther King Jr. parade Friday.
The event is headed up by the MLK Commemorative Commission and is aimed at celebrating “a day of legacy, freedom, culture and community,” Visit Knoxville said.
