A new restaurant could be coming to downtown Oswego. The Village Board on Tuesday will consider an economic incentive package for 4 Guys Kitchen, LLC, which is looking to move into the vacant space at 180 W. Washington St., located at the corner of The Reserve at Hudson Crossing building.
The restaurant would be called Ellwood Steak and Fish House. The company already operates a location in DeKalb.
The Village Board is considering a $340,000 incentive package and a $300,000 loan to help support the $1.15 million investment in the space. The assistance is being requested to cover a gap between private funding and the cost to renovate the space and still turn a reasonable profit when opened…
