SoundQuest Festival will take place August 28-30, 2026, at La Rosa in Tucson, Arizona. The three-day event brings together several overlapping but distinct scenes: ambient electronic music, death metal, doom metal, trance, desert folk, ritual vocal performance, modular synthesis, and meditative sound work.
The lineup includes Steve Roach, Blood Incantation, Pallbearer, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Soriah, Karima Walker, Tony Obr, Zack Hansen, Morris Kolontyrsky, Serena Gabriel, Jeff Greinke, Paul Riedl, Chris Meyer, Linda Kohanov, Nathan Youngblood, and visuals by Cool Maritime.
Friday’s “Metalmorphic” program features Blood Incantation, Pallbearer, and Soriah. Saturday includes an afternoon Ambient Showcase, an evening Steve Roach performance titled “At The Edge of Forever,” and a late 21+ set by Giuseppe Ottaviani.
