SLATINGTON, Pa. — A Lehigh County man is behind bars Friday for allegedly breaking into cars throughout Slatington Borough and stealing items from inside.
Xavier Arroyo-Rios, 38, was arrested Friday and taken to Lehigh County Jail on charges of Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition (Firearm – Movable Property), Theft from a Motor Vehicle, Theft by Unlawful Taking or Disposition, Evading Arrest or Detention on Foot, and Loitering and Prowling at Nighttime, according to Slatington police.
