Just days after Andrew Tupone secured a spot on the ballot in Pennsylvania’s 7th Congressional District, his candidacy is facing a legal challenge.
The Pennsylvania Green Party has filed a petition in Commonwealth Court seeking to remove Tupone from the ballot, arguing he is not an endorsed Green Party candidate and improperly used the party’s name to qualify for the race.
