PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – Michael Joseph Vitoff, a 50-year-old resident of Zephyrhills, is facing severe federal charges following a brief undercover operation by federal agents. A federal grand jury has indicted Vitoff on charges of attempted enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity and attempted production of child sexual abuse material.
