(KRON) — The Santa Rosa Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 15-year-old girl, who vanished after leaving her Santa Rosa home.

SRPD said Evelyn Michelle Banuelos Marquez was last seen walking away from her residence at 8 a.m. Thursday.
“Her probable destination is unknown. Efforts to locate Evelyn have thus far been unsuccessful,” Santa Rosa police said in a statement to KRON4.
Evelyn is described as Hispanic, 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. At the time of her disappearance, she was reportedly wearing a gray-hooded sweatshirt over green pants and carrying a red backpack.
