Iowa City Pedestrian Mall shooting case: 17-year-old enters not guilty plea

IOWA CITY, Iowa — A Cedar Rapids teenager charged in connection with the April shooting in Iowa City’s Pedestrian Mall has entered a written plea of not guilty to multiple felony charges.
