SHREVEPORT, La. — Peaceful Rest Missionary Baptist Church will host a community Juneteenth celebration on Friday, featuring food, vendors, entertainment and a fireworks show.
The event opens to the public at 5 p.m., and the official program begins at 6 p.m. Vendors may enter the site for setup starting at 3 p.m.
