LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – The murder case against Derek Pixley remains on track for trial next month in Clark County, Indiana.
A final pretrial hearing/conference was scheduled for Tuesday, June 16. WAVE’s Grant went to the courthouse but was told the conference was being held in the prosecutor’s office between attorneys, not in the courtroom.
Court records show Pixley’s jury trial is still scheduled for 9 a.m. July 6 in Clark Circuit Court…
