HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WBTW) — One person was hospitalized Saturday morning after a commercial vehicle crashed into shipping containers and a utility pole, Horry County Fire Rescue said.
The crash happened along Highway 501 near Brown Swamp Road in the Conway area, HCFR said. Crews responded at 5:53 a.m. and transported one person to the hospital.
Utility crews are working to repair the damaged equipment. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating, with assistance from Horry County police.
