DAVIS JUNCTION, Ill. (WIFR) – A Mount Morris man was arrested on a weapon charge Friday after a crash with a 15-year-old driver.
Joshua M Palmer, 31, is charged with unlawful use of a weapon and illegal transportation of alcoholic beverage by a driver.
