ST. LOUIS — St. Louis restaurateur Jordan Goodman is planning to open a new restaurant in St. Louis’ Shaw neighborhood.
The project is slated to convert a long-vacant filling station at 4065 Russell Blvd. into a taqueria.
The restaurant will span two small existing buildings on a site at the corner of Russell and Thurman avenues. One structure will house the kitchen and a covered, four-seasons patio, while the other will function as a bar area. Both buildings are about 2,000 square feet combined…
