LIBERTY COUNTY, Ga. (WSAV) – Today marks the 26th year that citizens from the Liberty County area have come together to take part in the Walk to Dorchester fundraiser.
The money raised during this event is used for the upkeep of the old school, where students could come to learn at the only school in the County that would educate black children.
This morning, over 100 individuals took part in walking the 9.5-mile route that simulates the miles students used to walk to school every day…
