A Texas man is headed to trial for the November 2025 shooting deaths of two people at a Shelby Township auto dealership. On Thursday, June 18, 2026, 41A District Court Judge Stephen S. Sierawski denied a defense motion to suppress evidence and bound over 47-year-old Terrance Jermaine Sandles to Circuit Court on all charges.
Sandles, of Houston, faces a total of 13 counts, including two counts of first-degree premeditated murder, which carries a mandatory penalty of life in prison without parole.
He is also charged with two counts of armed robbery, one count of carrying a concealed weapon, two counts of firearm and ammunition possession by a prohibited person, and six counts of felony firearm. Sandles is currently being held without bond at the Macomb County Jail…
