A sprawling new development will soon bring hundreds of thousands of square feet of industrial space to a suburb south of Houston.
A 25-acre master-planned industrial campus is set to take shape at 15020 Kirby Drive in Pearland, according to a press release from Welcome Group—a Houston-based industrial real estate investor and developer. More than 250,000 square feet of industrial space will be built onsite, intended for manufacturing, logistics and distribution use.
Known as Lower Kirby Business Park, the four-building Pearland development could break ground later this quarter, with pre-leasing already underway. Availability is anticipated in the second quarter of 2027.
Welcome Group said each building will span between 25,000 and 100,000 square feet with clearing heights up to 34 feet, crane-ready capabilities, power and flexible office buildouts. Site plans also include room for a future expansion…
