RIO DE JANEIRO (June 20, 2026) – The U.S. junior men’s and women’s rosters combined to win 13 medals Saturday in Brazil, bringing the junior total from the 2026 Pan American Championships to 17.
Eight of the delegation’s 13 medals from Saturday came from the women, with Addalye VanGrinsven (Champlin, Minn./Pacific Reign Gymnastics) picking up half of those medals alone during apparatus competition.
VanGrinsven medaled on all four women’s apparatuses, winning silver on vault (13.383; 13.700, 13.066) and balance beam (12.500), and bronze on floor exercise (12.633) and uneven bars (12.166)…
