SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) – The Savannah Police Department’s (SPD) Traffic Investigative Unit (TIU) is investigating a June 20 crash that took place on Interstate 16 and resulted in two fatalities.
According to SPD, at approximately 3:40 a.m., 22-year-old Naveeshia Moore was driving westbound on Interstate 16 in the eastbound lane of travel. At the same time, 41-year-old Michael Fripp was driving in the center lane of eastbound Interstate 16.
