UNIVERSITY CITY, Mo. — Award-winning bakery Jilly’s Cupcake Bar and Cafe announced Saturday that its founder and owner, Jill Segal, has died.
Chef Casey Shiller shared the sad news in a video on the bakery’s Facebook page.
“Our owner, our top cupcake, our founder, Jill Segal, unfortunately passed away this week,” Shiller said. “But I’m here to tell you that our entire team is bound and determined to keep Saint Louis with their half-pound cupcake fix.”…
