Developers eye new housing in downtown Fayetteville

Two residential development proposals in downtown Fayetteville have been submitted to the city’s Technical Review Committee.

Separate developers have submitted plans for townhomes and an apartment complex located off North and South Cool Spring streets. The TRC is responsible for reviewing proposed developments for compliance with city regulations.

North Cool Spring Street

Ace Group Development LLC has submitted plans for single-family townhomes on .42 acres at 120 N. Cool Spring St. The property is owned by J&L REI Holdings LLC. The location is north of the Person Street traffic circle near Adam Street.

The complex would include 10 townhomes — five on the east side of the property and five on the west side — separated by a 24-foot-wide concrete driveway. The plan also details 20 parking spaces, perimeter fencing and side and backyard green space.

South Cool Spring Street
