LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — The city of Lexington is under a flash flood warning until noon on Monday, June 22, with multiple roads impossible to traverse due to high water.
According to Lexington Emergency Management, high water conditions have been reported at South Broadway near Angliana Avenue, as well as the area of Gibson Avenue, North Broadway between W. Loudon Avenue and the railroad overpass, South Upper Street near Scott Street, and New Circle near the area of Young Drive at the railroad overpass.
