CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) — The Carmel Farmers Market is gearing up for another vibrant Saturday morning, and this week’s featured vendor, Moonlight Baking Company, is bringing an array of fresh-baked pastries that have quickly become a community favorite.
Located at Carter Green near the Palladium in the heart of Carmel, the summer farmers market runs every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., May through September, featuring 84 local vendors committed to providing the freshest and healthiest food Indiana has to offer.
A baker’s journey from Alabama to Indiana
Jenni Dyess, owner of Moonlight Baking Company, has been baking professionally for nearly a decade. After moving to Indiana from Alabama in 2022, she and her husband decided to pursue their dream of establishing a business rooted in community values.
