WARREN, Pa. – A Corry man is facing multiple felony charges relating to animal cruelty after his brother reported the incident to Pennsylvania State Police.
According to online court records, Daniel R. Kinnear, 20 of Corry, is facing one count each of Aggravated Cruelty to Animals – Causing Significant Bodily Injury or Death (F3) and Aggravated Cruelty to Animals – Torture (F3), three counts of Cruelty to Animals (M2), two counts of Neglect of Animals – Vet Care (M3), one count of Neglect of Animals – Sustinence/Water (M3), and one count of Neglect of Animals – Shelter/Protection (M3).
