Obrecht Properties LLC bought a 30-acre plot beside Fort Bragg in Fayetteville, according to The Daily Record. They broke ground on The Gateway at Military Business Park.
The planned business park will have six single-story buildings. Together they’ll span 325,550 square feet of flex and warehouse space. Phase I will consist of two buildings covering 52,500 square feet, with construction wrapping up late next summer.
